Behold, my lunch today: the best shrimp po-boy I have ever eaten. And I have eaten more than a few shrimp po-boys. I got it at Hot Tails, a great roadside joint in New Roads, a Cajun town on the other side of the river. They have a terrific selection of ice-cold Louisiana craft beer on draft, too.
