Don’t miss Arizona Sen. Russell Pearce’s TAC piece today, in which he argues against the federal government’s (and immigration lobby’s) expansive interpretation of the 14th Amendment. Are children born in the U.S. to illegal immigrants entitled to automatic citizenship?
