The reader writes: Thought you’d enjoy this snap from Gostilna Čad (pronounced Chad), a Serbian restaurant we checked out in Ljubljana, Slovenia this week. Pork medallions and a nice salad of tomatoes, peppers and feta cheese. The wine is Serbian, and was delicious, once you got used to the fact they serve it chilled.
