Is this a new photo of a distant star cluster halfway across the universe? No, it’s a shot of a jellyfish that washed ashore on the beach at Noordwijk aan Zee, on the North Sea. I took it this afternoon, after having dinner with my pals. I ate two oysters from Normandy, incidentally, and they were spectacular. I know I get zero sympathy from my wife, who is back in Louisiana, where it’s over 90 degrees today, but it was cold and windy on the Dutch coast.
