Well, shoot, there goes Wednesday.  State of emergency here, because of Hurricane Isaac.   Gotta get gas and oil for generator, ice, and stuff.

UPDATE: I hadn’t realized that the Isaac landfall is expected to occur on the seventh anniversary of Katrina. 

UPDATE.2: Oh crap, the thing is coming right for us. As part of my SWPL hurricane prep, I must grind enough coffee beans to see us through several days without electricity.
