PeterK tells me that today is Food Revolution Day. We’re doing our part with the vegetables above — tomatoes, squash, bok choy, zucchini, lettuce, turnips, and more — all of which came either from the local farmer’s market, or from our organic CSA, where Julie and Lucas put in some work this morning. I must say that the late spring vegetable bounty is one of the reasons I’m so happy to be back home in Louisiana.
