“Who’s having a book signing today?” I asked her.

“Me.”

“You wrote a book?”

“Yes. It’s a story called ‘Twelve Days Until Christmas.'”

“What’s it about?”

“It’s a story about a girl and her little dog Roscoe. I have only one copy.”

“After the reading, will you sign it and let me buy it?”

“Yes.”

“Why did you decide to write a book, baby?”

“I wanted to be like you.”
