That’s how the Post is describing Lieberman’s loss to Lamont. Update: Marty Peretz blames Lieberman’s defeat on Clinton’s campaign appearance.  Yeah, that’s why some of his oldest and dearest supporters chucked him–because of Bubba!  What a laugh.
