Weimar America & The ‘Unhinged’ Ad

That’s a new ad out by the Republican National Committee. It’s very powerful. It does exactly what it intends to do: use the violent, obscene words of Democrats and liberals to stoke fear and loathing on the Right. I knew that they would use the words of Mad Maxine Waters to make an ad, but I didn’t expect that it would come so soon.

Here’s the thing: they aren’t making anything up. Liberals really did say and do these things.

Here’s another thing: the DNC is going to come out with an ad that compiles the worst of what Trump and Trump supporters have publicly said. It will stoke fear and loathing on the Left.

This cycle is going to continue until someone sets off the spark. There’s no way for all this tension to keep building and building and building without some sort of explosive release.

If nothing happens before then, look for the white nationalist “Unite The Right” rally to be held later this summer near the White House to be the catalyst. Antifa will be there, for sure — and spoiling for a fight.

The Weimarization of America continues. You know what comes next.
