Merry Christmas, Rod! Usually I take the family out for Christmas, but this year, we tried out bringing the food to us. I hired Chef Heather from The Black Radish to make a five course meal. This was the main course: a mint pesto encrusted rack of lamb with Moroccan BBQ drizzle, roasted vegetable exotic rice pilaf, and blanched and shocked broccolini. We paired it with a Muga Rioja.
Really fun dinner with family and friends.
