Carlos Roa is the Director of the Keystone Initiative at the Danube Institute, where he is also a Visiting Fellow. He is likewise an Associate Washington Fellow at the Institute for Peace and Diplomacy. And, of course, he is the Secretary-General of the board of advisors of the Trieste Summit Association. He is the former executive editor of The National Interest and remains a contributing editor of that publication.
