The attached picture was taken in August in Chester, Nova Scotia during a family vacation. The view is of beautiful Mahone Bay, and the meal is my breakfast – a toasted St. Viateur bagel from Montreal with butter and pepper jack cheese. Simple and tasty, against a frankly amazing backdrop.
