View From Your Thanksgiving Table
We just returned from an Italian Thanksgiving lunch at Domenica, in New Orleans. Above, the heritage turkey stuffed alla parmigiana, with tomato confit and pecan vinaigrette. It was all delicious, but during this course, I had a mono crash, and pushed on through till the end. Now I’m back in the hotel about to take a long nap. Never can get away from this stuff, it seems.
Please e-mail shots from your Thanksgiving table, and I’ll post them at day’s end. Remember, no faces, and please don’t photograph the food alone; give us a sense of the context, however slight. E-mail me at rod (at) amconmag.com
UPDATE: Here’s the first batch! Thanks, y’all:
The reader writes:
Capon with rosemary cream gravy and pomegranate, browned brussels sprouts with garlic, artichoke bread stuffing with carmelized onions…
Sounds delicious. That’s the size photo that was in the file, by the way; I didn’t miscode it. Keep these photos coming, and don’t forget to say the name and the state!
