Here’s what has happened to me so far today:

1. I gave a Little Way talk to a group of wonderful people in a nearby town.

2. On the way back to my car, a big angry dog bit me, but for some reason did not sink his teeth into my calf fully; he didn’t even break the skin, or the trousers. Which was kind of him, as it is my birthday.

3. I made it home to find that Julie and the kids, as a present, created for me a quiet work space in the back of the house. The ottoman and the side table are new, as are the tulip bulbs (tulips are my favorite flowers), and the lap desk. Nora made the big cup for my Coke Zero. You can see me reflected in the mirror, taking this photograph.

I’m sitting in the chair now, working. It’s a good life!
