Samuel Goldman reflected on how Locke’s theory of property could apply to the conquest and settlement of North America, Scott Galupo weighed in as well, and Noah Millman speculated on the potential applications of Locke’s theory to Intellectual Property rights.

Daniel Larison argued that “a Romney administration would represent the return to most of what went wrong with the right during the Bush years.” He also responded to Rod Dreher’s post on the prospect of a GOP civil war.

Wick Allison reflected on the chances of the GOP losing the house, and Scott McConnell noted that Bibi Netenyahu’s interventions might be the most blatant ever made by a foreign leader in an American election. Finally, Dreher made the case that both “fasting and feasting” are central to traditional Christianity.
