Riley Moore

Congressman Riley M. Moore represents West Virginia’s Second District in the U.S. House of Representatives. He sits on the House Appropriations Committee. Congressman Moore started his career as a welder in a mining operation, and later went on to earn degrees from George Mason University and the National Defense University. He has served as a member of the West Virginia House of Delegates and most recently as the 25th State Treasurer of West Virginia.
