Artyom Geghamyan holds a Ph.D. in European Union Law from the Public Administration Academy of Armenia, an LL.M. from IU McKinney, and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government. He was a Research Fellow for the Carr Center for Human Rights Policy. He served as Armenia’s deputy minister of justice in 2014.
