Oh, this one is great. Chicken enchiladas with mole sauce, cole slaw, refried beans, and cilantro rice, served at the bar at Mi Cocina. When I lived in Dallas, that was one of my favorite places to eat Tex-Mex food. If you go to Dallas, definitely worth a trip.
