I cannot stop laughing about that MS “bumper sticker” (so apropos that it wasn’t even on a car!)
My favorite term from my Hattiesburg, MS relatives is “entrepreneur.” This describes anyone who doesn’t work for the law, on a farm or in a factory. I teach piano lessons from my home; this makes me an entrepreneur. My husband is a freelance architect; that makes him one, too (maybe even double.)

Rod, I feel that the Mississippi sign somehow ties into our earlier conversation about lent and lady parts… A long series of bad jokes regarding veganism spring to mind, but are inappropriate for a family forum…

Slightly off-topic, but here is another concept of a bumper sticker that combines the “Human Rights Campaign” equality symbol with the “take that”-ness of the “Darwin Fish.”
(Full disclosure: I came up with the idea for the symbol originally, but the person I linked to made the symbol much, much better).
