If athletic ability was supposed to run in families, Scott was wondering “why Hillary is so obviously unathletic,” noting that “her younger brother was a second string quarterback at Penn State in early 1970’s, and that’s being a pretty serious jock.” I assume that he was referring to Tony Rodham. But Hugh Rodham is something else. He is seen here golfing with a friend.
