Happy Independence Day (and “Irish America Day” as it’s also billed from here, at the café beside the Irish America Hall of Fame in the Dunbrody Emigrant Museum, New Ross County Wexford, Ireland).

Attatched, please find view of my… A “Texan Pulled Pork” Sandwich (I know, I know, it’s bigger there… and they are trying, Bless their hearts) that’s the Dunbrody Emigrant Ship to the left, and the Emigrant Flame on the right, lit from a lantern flame taken from JFK’s flame in Arlington cemetery. New Ross in the background – the area the Kennedy’s emigrated from, and where the man visited in the early 60s.

Honestly, it was really, really sunny until yesterday.

Thank you! God bless America, and God bless Ireland.
