It’s finally cold and wet outside here in the ‘ville. Happily, Julie made a big pot of her exquisite vegetarian chili, which I’m eating right now, crowned with a generous glop of sriracha sauce. I share this with you so my fellow sriracha devotees can get to the store and buy as much of it as they can, while it’s available. Comes the sad news that the Huy Fong plant has had to shut down production, at least temporarily, on a judge’s orders. Neighbors complained that the chili fumes were making them miserable.
