This is Panama City Beach the day before Ironman Florida. Your humble servant eats real food on the 112-mile bike. These are new potatoes, boiled and skinned, rolled in extra virgin olive oil and sel de Guerande. That’s how readers of your blog carb load. I’ll alternate them with PB&J sandwiches (not pictured) in which I substitute sushi rice for bread. Carbalicious.
