Le Bec Rouge, Montparnasse, Paris, France

If you are in Paris, and you crave choucroute and ham hocks like your Alsatian grand-mere made, you want to go to Le Bec Rouge, a couple of blocks from the Montparnasse station. That’s a cold pint of Alsatian beer, too. This was probably the most beautiful plate of food I’ve yet seen here in Paris. I emphasize, was.
