Here is the best version of either of Scotland’s most famous “foods based on a dare” I’ve tried while on vacation here: a “Pyramid of haggis and blood pudding with mango chutney.” Quite delicious, especially washed down with a Glencoe Stout.

I don’t remember the name of the restaurant, but it was a completely unassuming roadside eatery in the tiny roadside town (parish? Hamlet?) of Lochearnhead in the beautiful “Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park.”
