UPDATED: Obama vs. Stay At Home Moms

UPDATE: I’m going to take this post down. Here’s a link to the entire transcript of the speech.  In context, the president seems to be saying that women should not be forced to choose to leave the workplace because they can’t afford childcare, and it makes more economic sense to quit working to care for the kids. Still, it was a strange way to phrase it, but I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt. I haven’t seen the comments yet (I’m just waking up; it was a late night), but I’m going to post them all.
