Note To Readers

From late this morning, I’m going to be traveling today (Wednesday March 7) to Budapest, and won’t be able to approve comments until I get there. I have a few posts scheduled to go up today, so keep checking back here. If you’re in Budapest, come hear me speak on Friday morning at the Danube Institute (it’s free, but you have to register here [1]). Next week, I have four talks around the Czech Republic — again, all free, but register here [2]. I’ll be blogging from the road, and should have some interesting travel tales to tell.

Traveling to the land of the Esterh├ízy Torte, whilst fasting….you’re a better man, or a poorer planner, than I.

Budapest is wonderful. I spent the summer if 97 there. I am happy you get to go. If you have the opportunity try some fruit soup ( a cold served soup) wonderful

You will love eastern Europe especially Budapest. Traveled to Budapest, Bratislava, and Prague Fall of 2017 & can’t wait to get back. An opportunity to hear you speak would have enhanced my visit. Any thoughts of Slovenia in June/July this year?

[NFR: If someone invites me and pays my way, I’m certainly open to it. But my June is filled with family travel (and Walker Percy Weekend). — RD]
