rod&ruthiePlease let me remind readers in south Louisiana to come to the Louisiana Book Festival at the State Capitol in Baton Rouge on Saturday. Look at all the writers who are going to be there! I’ll be giving my Little Way Of Ruthie Leming talk from 2:15 till 2:45, and then signing books afterward. I may have talked my niece Hannah Leming, who is a major character in the book, into coming out for the event. I will be proud to introduce her to y’all.

By the way, the paperback version of Little Way will be published on April 9, 2014. We’ve had lots of great feedback from readers of the hardcover, saying it’s been a wonderful read for their book clubs. I think when the book is in paperback and therefore more affordable, it will be especially appealing for book club use — and maybe even for “One City, One Book” summer reading programs.
