That’s Capt. Clay Higgins of the St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Department here in South Louisiana. He’s the Crimestoppers guy, and he is beyond awesome. You have to watch the video to appreciate Capt. Higgins’s greatness. The latest one, about a burglary at an area church, is not yet on YouTube, but you can see it here. I beg you, in the name of all that is good and holy, to watch Capt. Higgins put the smackdown on the thief’s soul.
