See that photo? That’s Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad comforting the mother of dead dictator cretin Hugo Chavez at his funeral. It has Ahmadinejad in big trouble back home with the mullahs:

“In relation to what is allowed (halal) and what is forbidden (haram) we know that no unrelated women can be touched unless she is drowning at sea or needs (medical) treatment,” said Hojat al-Islam Hossein Ibrahimi, member of the Society of Militant Clergy of Tehran, according to the Iran Pulse report.

In other words, because he took the hands of a grieving mother, the religious authorities are tearing Ahmadinejad to bits. Hey, as far as I’m concerned, it couldn’t happen to a more deserving cat. But a country run by religious robots so inhuman as to spite their president for an act of basic human decency — is a mother grieving her dead son at his funeral not a woman drowning at sea? — is not a country that has much of a future, until and unless it gets rid of these theocratic nutters.
