It sounds as though we are back on that slippery slope toward war even though Obama seemingly doesn't want one. I'm intrigued/horrified about the talk about an American security umbrella over the Persian Gulp. Where's NATO, or the UN or the regional actor's themselves? The US is not the only power to rely on gulf oil. Why do we keep volunteering for these missions? Hillary’s statement of today moves American foreign policy from coy to incoherent.
