On the twenty-fifth anniversary of the Bhopal disaster, if 89-year-old John Demjanjuk must stand trial in Germany, where his highly disputable alleged crimes did not occur, then why doesn’t 88-year-old Warren Anderson have to stand trial in India, where his indisputable crimes did occur?

Because the Indians disabled the safety systems that would have prevented the leak themselves and wanted to blame someone else for it. It’s pretty rich to blame a CEO for mistakes made by the engineers and operators at a plant.
