What is with the right and Thomas Paine nowadays? Glenn Beck and now Mark Levin. Sure, “Common Sense” played a pretty big part in the American War for Independence, but Paine was one of the biggest liberals of his day. If I recall correctly, Paine’s “Rights of Man” was a response to Burke’s “Reflections on the Revolution in France.” Paine is antithesis of a conservative.

Two things:

1) Note the order of the “deranged” bloggers. John’s either most or least deranged of the bunch; since Sullivan-bashing is a pretty well established sport, I’m going to assume that he’d be closer to “most” than least; ergo: John is the MOST deranged blogger in the world.

2) This makes me sidekick/henchman to the most deranged blogger in the world, correct? (I mean, a kid’s gotta dream, right?)
