In a press release, the British Transport Police has encouraged the UK’s notorious football (soccer) hooligans to take inspiration from Barack Obama’s success and mend their thuggish ways.
“The election of Obama to the White House has turned a page in world history – now’s the time for football fans to do the same,” said Superintendent Colin Price.
Imagine all the hooligans: the Inter City Firm of West Ham, the Yid Army of Tottenham, the Chelsea Headhunters coming together happily in the Dog & Duck and chanting, “Yes we can!”
