I may have to add the Harper’s blog to my regulars – there are archival Easy Chair columns by William Dean Howells, a reprint of a 1929 article on criminal justice by an ex-con with the wonderful name for a criminal of Jack Black, and tempting posts by regular critic Wyatt Mason on literature past and present.
