		<description>Has anyone noticed the use of the Iranian flag under the shah in some foreign protests? I&#039;m not quite sure thats the image anyone wants to project (it seems to me if you disliked the Islamic Republic of Iran, one would just simply choose to fly the tricolors alone, minus any central symbol).</description>
