The wholesale fixing of Somalia's internal disorder -- perhaps by unilateral invasion, with the dispatch to Muqdisho of Michael Gerson to preside as a Bremer-like proxy ruler, must be evaluated as one possible 'something' that we might 'do'. I agree that it's a rubbish something. Nonetheless, something must be done. My suggestion?
