		<description>I would say that the sweeteners are probably largely wasteful, but it&#039;s important to keep in mind that this bailout started as way beyond 100% wasteful.

I say &#039;way beyond 100%&#039; because even if the money was all spent according to &#039;bailout&#039; standards, most would simply be paid into the pockets of the financial elites; the rest would be spent (to the extent necessary) on totaly unproductive &#039;laundering&#039; actions to hide the large sums going into certain people&#039;s pockets.

And in addition, the administration would spend it knowing that they can produce no econmic benefit to the nation at large, and leave that job to the Obama administration.</description>
