This consists, among other things, of "scholar" positions at CATO, and "fellowships" at the various Charles Koch-funded entities at GMU. Not to pick just on this guy, but all of them are essentially lobbyists who their funders find more effective dressed up as "think tank scholars." Wilkenson's dislike of "nationalism" is really just an extension of CATO board members (funders) like Rupert Murdoch and FedEx CEO Fred Smith.
