What&#039;s more, the judges the GOP has appointed, while an improvement on some issues, tend to have a history of serving in the Executive Branch, and they tend to accept authoritarian notions if they fit the current conventional wisdom of the centralist right. 

I&#039;d like to see some judges more like the shipwrecked Spaniard, who said, when the native told him there was indeed a government on the desert island. &quot;Then I am against it!&quot;</description>
