		<description>Thanks, George.  I enjoyed your post.  You make good points about FoxNews&#039; odd decision to list religious affiliations.  I have noticed that this is often done in newspaper profiles of candidates, but I have never seen anything like it in televised debates.

Paul could have put together a better argument, I agree, but with such a short amount of time and such obnoxious, loaded questions (&quot;Are you saying we invited 9/11?&quot;) he was already being put at a great disadvantage that few candidates could easily overcome.  Emotional chauvinist arguments are easy to sum up in a few sentences, because they are simplistic and ignorant, while trying to argue counterintuitively against the weight of the last 60 years of American foreign policy requires more time than these absurd debate formats will ever allow.</description>
