After 15 years self-inflicted wounds, Somalis were on their way to resolving their conflict in 2006 when the Islamic Courts Union (ICU) took power from the warlords. Although the ICU posed no threat to anyone outside of Somalia and their militants were being pacified by the more moderates, the Bush Admin idiots with no particular experience in Somali/east Africa history decided to arm Ethiopia, Somalia’s longtime enemy, and let them invade Somalia. The result, the birth of Al Shabab, arguably the most brutal terrorist group in Africa with strong ties to Al Khaida.
Now, these artists find it humorous to show the human strategy from what’s mostly the never-ending American mishap.
