Love from your table! Crayfish are always a little bland to me. Plus they can be a little toxic when not taken from clean waters. Something hard to do in southeastern waters. Not enough veggies in the dish! Add a big tossed salad on the side? Is that big glass whiskey and soda, a mint julep, or wimpy ice tea?!!! Lets try a big ole frosty mug of Ice cold brewsky!!!! The hot sauce is an essential touch! Yes sir re bobby! Keep up the good work!!!! Scott.

I guarantee you that crawfish ain’t bland. If you have had bland crawfish, someone was cooking it wrong. And since this if from Texas, I’m willing to bet that there’s a touch sugar in that tea.




I thought Monday nights were for red beans and rice. Looks good though!
