Ah, Kronenbourg! That’s a nice straightforward lager for a late summer day.

Ce sont deux bières bien chères. On m’a dit que c’est maintenant un produit insipide de type Carlsberg. Tant pis pour nous amateurs de bière.
(Those are two pricey beers. I’ve been told that this a a typically tasteless Carlsberg product. So much the worse for us beer lovers.)

@Chanson
Carlsberg is Danish, I believe. Kronenbourg is Alsatian. If I recall, it is a pretty decent lager, though I prefer Fischer. Look, I like a strong stout or a hoppy Pale Ale, but there are plenty of occasions (like a hot summer day) when a lager/pils is just the ticket.

1664 is tasteless, as French beer usually is… Beer lovers should visit Flanders, Germany, and Eastern Europe (Czechia, Hungary, etc.)

@Young
Carlsberg is a conglomerate which owns Kronenbourg.

Those are funny looking wine glasses.
