Mustard greens and French sea salt: breakfast of Southern poseur-champions
I haven’t done this feature in a while. Bernie asked for it back, and I thought, sitting here about to tuck into my breakfast (I slept late; we didn’t get home from the parades in New Orleans till 3 am) that this is a very Rod Dreher VFYT. I’m checking the web while eating mustard greens and ham for breakfast, and sprinkling them with fancypants sea salt from France.
I would say that this is the breakfast of a poseur, except I’m not posing: this is who I am. I am large; I eat multitudes.
