Every year I send you a VFYT during Ramadan. I’m a little late this year but this pic is from Point State Park in downtown Pittsburgh on the second to last day Ramadan at sunset. It’s a Pittsburgh salad with chicken sausage from a restaurant called Wingharts. The chicken sausage and French fries are what make this salad; perfectly seasoned and so delicious. (FYI, we call any salad with French fries a Pittsburgh salad).
