It’s springtime in northern Russia – which means it’s still quite cold for this American. Luckily, this country restaurant, about 150 miles northeast of St. Petersburg, serves hearty meat-and-potatoes meals. Above: beef cutlet topped with cheese and dill, homefries with dill, and sauerkraut – which was also mixed with a little dill. This is dill country.
