After your post about Marcella Hazan’s passing, I decided to try her ragù alla bolognese recipe. I won’t claim to be all that knowledgeable about proper Italian cooking but I enjoyed making this recipe and am pleased with the results. Six hours is a long time but I like these type of slow, contemplative recipes. The first pic is with my dog Oreo in the background. He was pretty interested until I shooed him away.
