These tacos are so good they made a vegetarian fall off the wagon! Seriously! They’re pork in this awesome marinade, cooked on a vertical gas spit (traditionally with pineapple on the very top), and served with cilantro, onions, pineapple, lime, and, of course salsa—which is the final make-or-break touch. This place, Suprema Salsa, is our favorite, for, yes, their salsas.
