There was on the old blog. I haven’t figured out how to use them on the new set-up…

Not exactly the incarnation of the food pyramid, but hey, can’t have it all . . .

Very nice view for dinner. The radioactive-orange cheese brings back childhood memories. It wasn’t until I left Texas as a young adult that I realized this was purely a regional additive, and one I’d love to know the history of. The A1 brings my grandfather’s disdain of added condiments and salt to mind…”If they have to add anything to it, they didn’t do it right.” But I bring that up with no disrespect to the photographer or grill master, because my wife would have it right there, too, and she cooks nothing badly.

Imagine a Kansan reading Laterns on the Levee over a steak dinner. Will wonders never cease.

Here with cheddar cheese beneath the bough, a glass of wine, Lanterns on the Levee—and thou . . .

Does pepper count as a vegetable? Bon appetit.

Is that…a bottle of 2-buck Chuck? Niiice!

Nice low card meal right there. Since the carbs are in the A1 and wine, I would toss the A1 so I could drink more wine.
(Rod, I know y’all are still working out the kinks, and maybe you already know this, but just wanted to let you know that I’ve made comments in other threads that have taken 8+ hours to appear or just haven’t shown up at all.)

Good eyes as you are correct. I believe in a recent Freakanomics pod cast they swapped the contents of an expensive bottle of wine with two buck Chuck. The oenophiles were fooled and not happy when the deception was unveiled.
